For health reasons we do not accept returns for earrings or swimwear.
If you have purchased a clothing item and it does not fit, you are entitled to an exchange or store credit that is valid for 6 months. Please note that you will wear the cost or return shipping.
If you believe you have recieved a faulty item, please contact us straight away as will will treat this with highest priority. A faulty product may be deemed "manufacture fault" within the first 30 days of your purchase, outside of this time frame it is considered "wear and tear". Depending on your payment method, a refund may take up to 2-7 business days to be cleared and back into your account. All refunds will be processed back to the original method of purchase.
